Last week I had the opportunity to participate in a very interesting webinar from www.ideasforchange.com.

We analyze how to manage and speed up recovery, despite the lack of accurate information about the behavior of the virus. Some conclusions from what has been seen:

1. Analyzing the web will allow us to capture the data generated by people in their search for leisure moments (at the local, regional, national or international level) and to understand in which scenarios we operate in the face of promotion.

2. We have taken an exponential leap in the consumption of digital content. We went from a #digitaltourist, who looked at information and made reservations, to a #digitaltourist, more experienced, who got to consume experiences through the network. The hybridization of the online-offline world has definitely been consummated. And we see, for example, online tasting courses with wines that come to you by courier.

3. The new normal will have to be #Fun #Save & #Healthy and it will have to have certificates that endorse the new internal hygiene, design and space management processes. We will see the creation of a # health passport with all kinds of medical information (vaccines, allergies, diabetes, heart disease …) endorsed by www.unwto.org and www.who.org.

Some of these new processes will end up disappearing, but others are here to stay. It will be the #new normality.
